INSIDE YOUR GUIDE

Less guesswork.
More context.

Follow the tissue, the endpoint, and the limits of each finding. Recovery is a broad label for several different biological processes. This guide looks at BPC-157 tissue research and GHK-Cu wound-model research, then shows how to read structural, mechanical, and functional endpoints without extrapolating them into personal injury protocols.

CHAPTER / 01↗

Match the tissue to the question

Tendons connect muscle to bone. Ligaments stabilize joints. Skin and connective-tissue models use different outcomes. A promising finding in one model cannot answer every injury question.

BPC-157: tendon and ligament evidence

A 2003 study examined a surgically transected Achilles tendon in rats and assessed functional, mechanical, and tissue outcomes. A separate 2010 rat ligament study included several administration routes. These are animal-model findings, not validated protocols for human injuries. [1,2]

GHK-Cu and the wound-model question

A 1993 experiment used wound chambers in rats to investigate GHK-Cu and measured extracellular-matrix accumulation. It provides a mechanistic research signal in a specific model. It does not establish a general recovery outcome for people. [3]
